De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, ele enganava clientes com falsas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o delegado Thiago Alexandre, o investigado criava documentos falsos, como minutas de acordos e decis\u00f5es judiciais, e cobrava antecipadamente pelas supostas transa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Justi\u00e7a autorizou buscas em resid\u00eancias e escrit\u00f3rio, al\u00e9m da suspens\u00e3o do registro na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As dilig\u00eancias contaram com a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o de Prerrogativas da Ordem. As provas apreendidas ser\u00e3o analisadas nas pr\u00f3ximas etapas da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.
